Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Project Coordinator to support and coordinate technical projects, ensuring timely execution, effective stakeholder communication, and smooth project operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate technical projects from planning through execution and closure.
• Track project timelines, milestones, deliverables, risks, and dependencies.
• Work closely with technical teams, project managers, and business stakeholders.
• Prepare project status reports, dashboards, meeting notes, and action trackers.
• Coordinate project meetings and ensure timely follow-up on action items.
• Identify potential issues and escalate risks or blockers appropriately.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure processes are followed.
• Support resource planning, scheduling, and cross-functional coordination.

Requirements

• 4–5 years of experience in project coordination/project management, preferably in a technical environment.
• Experience handling or coordinating technical projects.
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work with cross-functional teams.
• Good proficiency in project tracking and documentation tools.
• Candidates should be available to work in a hybrid Bengaluru setup.
