Location: Portland, OR - (On-site/Hybrid) Pay Rate: 53-63/hr Duration: 6 Months Overview Insight Global is seeking a mid–senior level Technical Project Manager to support a portfolio of HR and Workplaces technology initiatives on a 6–7 month contract. This role will focus on leading a ServiceNow integration while also establishing structured intake, prioritization, and governance processes across incoming workstreams. This is a hands‑on role requiring strong cross‑functional leadership, the ability to drive accountability, and experience building scalable processes from the ground up.
The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and can balance delivery execution with long‑term operational improvements. Day-to-Day Responsibilities Lead end-to-end delivery of a ServiceNow integration , managing timelines, dependencies, and cross-functional stakeholders Drive accountability across internal teams, external vendors, and business partners to ensure milestones and deliverables are met Build and execute change management strategies, including communication plans and a sustainable post-go-live operating model Establish processes for ongoing support, issue resolution, and system maintenance Facilitate stakeholder workshops to drive alignment, clarify requirements, and enable decision-making Manage backlog prioritization and demand intake processes for HR and Workplaces initiatives Partner with stakeholders to shape incoming requests into clearly defined, scoped, and value-driven initiatives Build and maintain governance frameworks to improve intake, prioritization, and delivery visibility Track budget visibility related to licensing, resourcing, and overall project costs Must-Have Qualifications 5–10+ years of experience in technical project or program management Proven experience delivering system integrations (ServiceNow strongly preferred) Demonstrated ability to lead delivery across multiple teams and vendors simultaneously Strong track record of driving accountability and keeping stakeholders aligned to timelines and deliverables Experience developing and executing change management strategies and operating models (Ways of Working) Experience building intake processes, governance models, or delivery frameworks from scratch Nice-to-Have Qualifications Experience working with Workplaces or facilities management systems (e.g., CBRE IFM Hub) Exposure to HR systems and related workflows Background in automation, AI, or workflow-driven platforms Experience working in retail or consumer goods organizations Experience supporting global or highly cross-functional teams #J-18808-Ljbffr
