Technical Project Manager

The Role: We are seeking a Business Analyst / Project Manager to own both the analytical and delivery dimensions of enterprise software engagements. This is a dual-function role - you will be equally responsible for gathering and translating business requirements into actionable specifications, and for managing the end-to-end delivery of those engagements from initiation through go-live. Location: Hyderabad, India (Hybrid) Experience: 5+ years Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday What You'll Do: Delivery & Project Management Own end-to-end project delivery across the full lifecycle - from scoping and initiation through execution, UAT, and go-live Define and maintain project scope, timelines, resource plans, and budgets across concurrent engagements Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and stakeholder reviews Proactively identify and manage risks, dependencies, and scope changes throughout the delivery lifecycle Produce clear project documentation, status reports, and executive-level communications Drive issue resolution and maintain delivery momentum across globally distributed teams Business Analysis Engage with client and internal stakeholders to elicit, document, and validate business and functional requirements Translate business needs into well-structured user stories, process flows, and functional specifications Conduct gap analysis between current and future state processes and systems Maintain and manage requirement traceability throughout the project lifecycle Support UAT planning and execution including test case review and defect triage Prepare business-facing documentation including BRDs, FRDs, and executive summaries Stakeholder & Client Management Serve as the primary client-facing point of contact, managing relationships, expectations, and escalations Coordinate across cross-functional teams including engineering, QA, and client-side teams Communicate effectively with both technical teams and C-suite stakeholders Contribute to continuous improvement of delivery processes, templates, and best practices What We're Looking For: 5+ years of combined BA and PM experience in a software delivery, consulting, or professional services environment Demonstrated ability to manage client-facing engagements across multiple industry verticals — financial services, insurance, healthcare, or similar enterprise sectors Proven ability to gather and manage requirements while simultaneously owning project delivery Strong command of Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills — comfortable presenting to C-suite and senior client contacts Experience managing cross-functional, globally distributed delivery teams Proficiency with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, Visio, or equivalent Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field Nice to have: Background in financial services, retirement services, or insurance technology PMP, PRINCE2, CSM, or CBAP certification Experience working with US-based enterprise clients across time zones Prior exposure to staff augmentation or managed services delivery models Why AGT: Competitive CTC commensurate with experience Performance-based annual bonus Comprehensive salary structure including HRA, LTA, Medical, Transport, and Education allowances Provident Fund contributions Group medical insurance coverage Paid leaves including casual, sick, and earned leave Fully paid training and probation period
