Technical Product Owner (SQL and Cloud Voice experience)

This is a remote position to work from Brazil collaborating with US clients.

Title: Cloud Voice Exposure Product Owner

We are looking for a Seasoned Technical Product Owner (10+ years) to lead the roadmap and continuous improvement of our healthcare contact center platform. In this role, you will bridge business strategy and engineering—translating complex operational needs in the Provider/Payer space into clear user stories, optimizing our Twilio Voice/IVR solutions, and driving data-informed decisions through advanced reporting and analytics.

Requirements:

• Experience: 10+ years as a Technical Product Owner or Product Manager in agile environments.
• Cloud Voice Exposure: Hands-on experience Cloud Voice / Contact Center / IVR experience.
• Technical Skills: Strong SQL skills for database querying and data validation.
• Stakeholder Management: Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills to manage senior business partners and technical teams.
