Technical Product Consultant

Job Summary: A Technical Product Consultant is responsible for understanding client requirements, providing product demonstrations, supporting implementation, and helping customers use the product effectively through technical and functional guidance. Key Responsibilities: Understand customer business requirements and recommend suitable product solutions Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and client meetings Assist in product implementation, onboarding, and configuration Provide technical support and troubleshoot customer issues Collaborate with internal teams such as Product, Development, and Sales Gather customer feedback and suggest product improvements Prepare documentation, reports, and training materials Ensure smooth customer adoption and satisfaction Required Skills: Good communication and presentation skills Basic technical knowledge (SQL, APIs, databases, software concepts) Problem-solving and analytical thinking Customer handling and relationship management Knowledge of product lifecycle and implementation process Ability to learn new technologies quickly Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related field Internship or experience in Product Support / Consulting / Technical roles (preferred) Work Nature: Client interaction Product implementation Technical support Training and consultation This role combines technical understanding + customer communication + product knowledge .
