Job Description – Technical Operations Head (AI/SaaS) Location: Ahmedabad Company: Cord4 Technologies Experience Required: 5+ Years Employment Type: Full-Time | 5 Days Working Role Overview Cord4 Technologies is looking for a Technical Operations Head to lead technical operations, development coordination, and system management for our AI-powered SaaS products. The ideal candidate has hands-on exposure to AI/ML-driven product environments, strong operational leadership, and the ability to bridge technical execution with business growth. Key Responsibilities · Manage day-to-day technical and operational activities across AI/SaaS product lines · Coordinate with developers, AI/ML engineers, QA, and project teams to ensure smooth execution · Oversee integration and operational reliability of AI-based features (automation, intelligence modules, predictive tools) · Monitor project execution, timelines, and delivery processes for product and client deliverables · Direct client coordination — requirements gathering, updates, delivery timelines · Collaborate with leadership on technical roadmap planning and business growth strategy · Identify technical/operational bottlenecks and drive process improvements · Maintain system security, data governance, and workflow efficiency across AI systems · Lead team meetings, performance tracking, and technical reporting to CEO/leadership · Support recruitment and technical evaluation for AI/IT team hiring Required Skills · Strong understanding of IT operations, SDLC, and AI/ML product lifecycle · Hands-on experience working with AI tools/platforms — e.g., LLM-based products, AI automation tools, ML model deployment, or AI-integrated SaaS systems · Required IT Technical knowledge. · Experience managing technical and/or AI engineering teams · Working knowledge of cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP) supporting AI workloads · Familiarity with AI development practices — prompt engineering, model evaluation, or AI product QA is a strong plus · Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills · Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced product environment · Strong client-handling and stakeholder communication skills · Experience with project management/workflow tools (Jira, ClickUp, Monday.com, etc.) Preferred Qualifications · Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Engineering, AI/ML, or related field · 5+ years in technical operations or team leadership roles, with at least 1–2 years working directly on AI-powered products · Prior experience in a SaaS or AI product-based company strongly preferred · Exposure to HRTech, workforce intelligence, or enterprise SaaS domains is an advantage What We Offer · Opportunity to lead technical operations for cutting-edge AI & SaaS products · Growth-oriented environment with direct exposure to product and AI strategy · Leadership role with real operational ownership · 5 Days Working Culture
