Job Description
Experience: 8–12 Years About the Role We are looking to hire an experienced Technical Manager – Records to manage and maintain aircraft technical records, ensuring compliance with aviation regulations and customer requirements. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in CAMO, MRO, or airline technical records management. Key Responsibilities • Manage and maintain aircraft technical records and documentation. • Review maintenance records, logbooks, component records, and modifications. • Ensure compliance with EASA, FAA, DGCA, and company requirements. • Coordinate with engineering, CAMO, maintenance teams, customers, and lessors. • Support aircraft delivery, redelivery, lease transition, and records audits. • Verify completeness and accuracy of maintenance documentation. • Resolve documentation discrepancies with stakeholders. • Prepare audit reports and technical records packages. • Maintain digital and physical aircraft records. • Drive continuous improvement in records management processes.
Required Qualifications • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Aeronautical, Mechanical Engineering, Aviation Management, or related field. • 8–12 years of experience in Aircraft Technical Records, CAMO, Airline Engineering, or MRO. • Strong knowledge of aircraft maintenance documentation and airworthiness requirements. • Experience supporting aircraft delivery/redelivery projects. • Excellent English communication and stakeholder management skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and aviation records systems. Preferred Skills • Strong analytical and organizational skills. • Excellent attention to detail. • Ability to work independently in a remote environment. • Experience supporting aircraft transitions and audits.
