Job Description Job Description Software Engineering Team Lead (Remote) Our client is at the forefront of crypto’s cutting-edge technology, and we’re seeking an experienced engineering leader to join their team. This is a fully remote role open to candidates based anywhere. About the Company Our client built the first high-performance Blockchain Distribution Network (BDN) to empower DeFi traders with ultra-low-latency connectivity across Ethereum, BSC, and Polygon.

By leveraging a global server network optimized for performance—and backed by investors such as Coinbase—the BDN and accompanying DeFi tools give users a competitive edge in crypto trading. Nodes connect via open-source gateways, and developers can integrate seamlessly through a public API. Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of software engineers and a Technical Product Manager.

Oversee the design, implementation, and optimization of MEV services and mempool-transaction workflows for Ethereum. Define and deliver product offerings that maximize profit validator gains. Collaborate with searchers to build tools and services that enhance their trading execution.

Contribute hands-on code to the BDN and related services, ensuring high performance and scalability. Foster a culture of rigorous code quality, automated testing, and continuous improvement. Requirements Leadership: Minimum of 2 years managing an engineering team, with a track record of mentoring and scaling high-performing developers.

Backend Architecture: At least 5 years designing, building, testing, and deploying highly scalable, distributed backend systems. Blockchain Experience: 3+ years working in blockchain engineering. Technical Skills: Deep proficiency in Go (Golang) for backend development.

Problem Solving & Communication: Exceptional analytical skills, the ability to break down complex challenges, and clear, concise communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
