Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a technically versatile professional who understands identity, networking, interfacing and application support at a practical level. They are comfortable coordinating across multiple technical teams, learning a new COTS product through self study and shadowing, and becoming the operational owner after implementation. This role does not require deep engineering expertise, but it does require strong foundational knowledge, curiosity, and the ability to manage a product end to end.
