Technical Documentation Manager

Technical Documentation Manager (AWS & CASH Platform) WFO/Chennai Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly skilled Technical Documentation Manager to lead the creation, organization, and maintenance of documentation for our AWS and CASH Platform team. This role is critical in ensuring that all technical processes, systems, and workflows are clearly documented, up to date, and easily accessible. The ideal candidate is an exceptional writer with strong English proficiency and a solid understanding of AWS environments.

Key Responsibilities Own and manage all technical documentation for the AWS and CASH Platform team Create clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation (architecture, SOPs, runbooks, APIs, onboarding materials) Collaborate with engineers, architects, and stakeholders Ensure documentation is accurate and up to date Establish documentation standards and templates Maintain documentation repositories (Confluence, SharePoint, Git) Review and improve content quality Support compliance and audit requirements Identify and fill documentation gaps Required Qualifications Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English Experience writing and managing technical documentation Strong attention to detail and organization Basic to intermediate AWS knowledge (EC2, S3, Lambda, IAM, VPC) Ability to simplify complex technical information Experience working with technical teams Familiarity with documentation tools Preferred Qualifications Experience with AWS environments Knowledge of DevOps or software development Experience documenting enterprise or internal platforms Familiarity with Git or API documentation tools Agile/Scrum experience Skills & Competencies Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading Strong communication and collaboration Self-motivated and independent Highly organized Problem-solving mindset Why This Role Matters This role ensures that critical knowledge across the AWS and CASH Platform team is captured, maintained, and accessible—reducing operational risk, improving efficiency, and enabling scalability.
