Essential Job Duties Upon onboarding and completing required qualifications, the Learning Content Designer will: • Analyze role-specific learner needs and tasks to craft measurable learning objectives • Collaborate within the team and with subject matter experts (SMEs) to develop new or update existing learning content • Collaborate with multimedia teams to create or modify media assets incorporated in learning materials • Proactively manage the content development process including milestones, risks, review cycles, feedback implementation, and quality assurance • Manage and monitor deliverables throughout the implementation, translation, and launch process, providing regular status updates to project teams • Evaluate learning content using qualitative and quantitative methods to drive design/development improvements and workflow efficiencies Additional Details Pre-identified worker (First Name, Last Name) & Supplier Name : (No Value) Job Posting Type : Agency Recruited Worker Required Shift : Regular Shift Worker Legal Name (For Manager Sourced Only) : (No Value)
