Technical Skills Platform configuration and customization (JS, GlideScript) CMDB foundation setup, population and data modeling Flow Design for custom workflows or integrations Now Assist skills and Agentic AI flow design Business rule design and process analysis Test execution, defect triage and resolution Behaviours Works to PACE playbooks independently Clear written updates and status reporting Proactive risk flagging to Project Manager CSA CIS 1-2 CAD in progress Salary Range: $64,000 - $140,000 a year #J-18808-Ljbffr
