Tech Lead – MERN Full Stack Developer (Backend Focus)

We're looking for a builder who enjoys solving difficult backend problems, architecting scalable systems, and mentoring developers.

If you love ownership more than hierarchy, you'll fit right in. Requirements What You'll Do Design and build scalable backend services using Node.js. Lead the architecture and development of our MERN-based SaaS platform.

Develop secure REST APIs and backend services powering AI-driven workflows. Design scalable database schemas using MongoDB. Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.

Collaborate closely with Product, AI, and Design teams. Review code, mentor junior engineers, and establish engineering best practices. Own deployments, debugging, monitoring, and production stability.

Participate in technical planning and product roadmap discussions. Strong backend engineering expertise.

Deep understanding of API architecture and system design. Experience building scalable SaaS products. Strong knowledge of authentication, authorization, caching, and database optimization.

Experience mentoring engineers. Comfortable working in fast-paced startup environments. Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills.
