Skills: Strong SDLC and Agile knowledge, hands‑on requirement gathering, solution design, API/integration understanding, basic database and cloud concepts, and experience working closely with engineering and stakeholder Experience: 12-16 Years Location: Willow Grove, PA We at Coforge are hiring for Tech BA / Tech PM / Solution Consultant with the following skills: Work closely with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate requirements into clear technical specifications. Lead end-to-end project execution including planning, tracking, risk management, and delivery. Collaborate with engineering teams to design scalable technical solutions.

Prepare solution documents, workflows, user stories, and technical proposals. Coordinate UAT, deployment activities, and post-implementation support. Ensure alignment between business objectives, technical feasibility, and project timelines.

Required Skills & Experience: Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies. Ability to work with cross-functional teams including developers, QA, and operations. Hands-on experience with requirement gathering, process mapping, and solution design.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills. Technical background preferred (APIs, databases, cloud concepts, integration workflows, etc.). Good to Have: Experience in enterprise tools/platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, Salesforce, Azure, AWS).
