Team Manager

Innodata is hiring a Team Manager to lead AI/LLM operations involving content writing, data annotation, and related workflows. The role requires driving project delivery, managing teams, ensuring SLA adherence, and delivering high-quality outcomes while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end operations for AI/LLM, content writing, and data annotation projects.

Monitor project performance and ensure achievement of SLAs, KPIs, WBRs, MBRs, and QBRs. Lead, coach, and develop teams comprising content writers, annotators, and AI/ML professionals. Manage resource allocation, project execution, and operational workflows.

Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, providing regular updates and resolving challenges. Ensure quality standards are met and drive continuous process improvements. Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to enhance productivity and scalability.

Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor's/Master's degree in any discipline. 5+ years of experience in AI/LLM operations, content operations, or data annotation projects. 3+ years of people management experience leading teams. Strong expertise in operations and project management. Experience managing SLAs, KPIs, and business reviews (WBR/MBR/QBR).

Familiarity with AI/ML workflows, data labeling tools, and content management systems. Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, analytical, and communication skills.
