ACR Supply Partners is seeking an experiencedTeam Leaderto join our high-performing warehouse operations in Eastern Creek. If you are currently a Team Leader or 2IC this role offers a great opportunity to further develop and take on additional responsibilities in a fast paced 3PL environment. This is a pivotal role where you will play a crucial part in overseeing the smooth operation of our warehouse and a fantastic opportunity to lead from the front in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

What You'll be Doing:

• Lead a small team of pickers & MHE operators to achieve daily targets
• Work in a multi-client environment
• Forklift or LO licence preferred (not essential)
• Manage, coach, and motivate your team to achieve targets and key performance indicators
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships including communicating directly with customers via phone, MS Teams and email.
• Provide daily reporting.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in a 3PL or high volume warehouse environment essential
• Solid understanding of warehousing procedures and safety standards
• LF & LO licence highly regarded
• Must be computer literate and comfortable using various systems
• Strong team leadership and organisational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-client operation
• Proactiveness and problem solving skills
• Ambition to progress and grow within the business
