Position: Team Leader โ UK Travel Sales Experience Required 4โ7 years of proven experience in UK Travel Sales (Mandatory) 2+ years of experience in a Team Leader or Assistant Team Leader role in UK Travel Sales (Mandatory) Strong track record of consistently achieving sales and revenue targets Prior experience managing, coaching, or mentoring travel consultants Excellent airline, routing, fare, and geographical knowledge Extensive experience creating tailor-made international holiday packages Preferred Destination Knowledge Candidates should have strong destination knowledge for: USA Maldives Dubai Thailand Mauritius Cambodia Vietnam Indonesia Australia & New Zealand Leadership & Sales Skills Proven ability to motivate and manage a sales team Strong coaching, training, and performance management skills Ability to lead by example through personal sales performance Excellent objection handling, negotiation, and closing skills Experience monitoring KPIs, conversions, revenue, and productivity metrics Ability to improve team performance through regular feedback and coaching Professional-level spoken and written English communication skills Experience with travel booking platforms, CRM systems, and GDS tools preferred Key Responsibilities Team Leadership Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Travel Sales Consultants Conduct regular coaching sessions and performance reviews Assist in onboarding and training new team members Monitor team productivity, conversion rates, and sales performance Ensure service quality and customer satisfaction standards are maintained Foster a positive, high-performance sales culture Sales & Revenue Achieve individual sales targets while supporting overall team revenue goals Drive team performance to achieve monthly sales and profitability targets Assist consultants with complex itineraries and high-value bookings Support the team in handling escalations and customer concerns Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities Maintain strong destination, airline, and product knowledge Operational Excellence Ensure adherence to company processes and quality standards Work closely with management to improve sales performance and operational efficiency Provide regular sales reports, insights, and recommendations Job Details Designation: Team Leader โ UK Travel Sales Industry: Travel & Tourism Location: Udyog Vihar, Gurgaon Working Hours Rotational shifts: 12:30 PM โ 9:30 PM 1:30 PM โ 10:30 PM Working Schedule Alternate Saturdays Off Fixed Sunday Off Hybrid Work Policy Hybrid working option available upon successful completion of onboarding and probation period Eligible employees may work: 3 days from office 3 days from home Transportation Candidates are expected to have their own reliable mode of transportation for commuting to and from the office Travel allowance/conveyance reimbursement will be provided based on employee location and company policy Why Join Us?
