The role requires strong leadership capabilities, performance management experience, and fluency in both English and Spanish to effectively communicate with employees, customers, and stakeholders.Key Responsibilities* Partner closely with the client to identify opportunities for process improvements, performance enhancements, and overall customer satisfaction.* Supervise, coach, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve performance goals.* Monitor sales performance, KPIs, and productivity metrics.* Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.* Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth.* Support hiring, onboarding, training, and development of new team members.* Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.* Handle customer escalations and resolve complex issues in a professional manner.* Prepare and analyze sales reports, forecasts, and performance dashboards.* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve sales processes and customer experience.* Maintain effective communication with English- and Spanish-speaking customers and employees.## Candidate Profile* Associate's degree in related field with two to four years of relevant experience preferred* Highly motivated individual with skills to develop and coach team members to achieve performance expectations* Work well under pressure and follow through on items to completion* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal* Ability to lead team in multi-tasking, prioritization, and meeting timelines on deliverable* Ability to mentor, coach and provide direction to a team of employees* Willingness to work a flexible schedule## Career Level DescriptionReceives assignments in tasks oriented terms and supervises subordinates to set priorities and complete assignments.
