About the role

• Significant experience in development engineering and development assessment
• Leadership experience or a strong aspiration to grow into a leadership role
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement and relationship‑building skills
• The ability to balance strategic thinking with practical decision‑making
• A commitment to delivering high‑quality outcomes for customers and the community
