Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Lead located in Jaipur. The Team Lead will oversee the day-to-day operations of the customer engagement team, monitor performance, coach team members, ensure achievement of appointment generation goals, maintain quality standards, and drive operational excellence through effective leadership and reporting.

Qualifications

* Proven experience in managing telecalling or international BPO teams.

* Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills.

* Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

* Experience with performance management and reporting.

* Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

* Familiarity with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office.

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
