Job title : Team Lead โ Odoo Developer Experience: 7+ Years Location: Onsite - Kochi Employment Type: Contract (Short-Term) Overview We are looking for an experienced Odoo Team Lead / Odoo Developer with strong expertise in Python development and hands-on experience in implementing and customizing Odoo ERP solutions. The ideal candidate should be capable of leading technical implementations, managing teams, and delivering end-to-end Odoo projects. Key Responsibilities Design and lead the technical implementation of Odoo projects.
Coordinate with clients, project managers, and development teams on technical aspects. Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Handle end-to-end project delivery including planning, development, testing, deployment, and support.
Develop, customize, and maintain Odoo ERP modules. Integrate REST APIs and third-party services such as e-commerce platforms and payment gateways. Implement Odoo ERP solutions based on business requirements.
Ensure code quality, performance optimization, and adherence to best practices. Mentor and guide development teams throughout the project lifecycle. Required Skills & Expertise Minimum 5+ years of experience in Odoo development and team management.
Strong expertise in Python programming. Deep understanding of Odoo architecture and workflow. Experience working with Odoo Version 10 and latest versions.
Hands-on experience in developing Odoo dashboards and custom modules. Strong knowledge of Odoo modules: Sales Purchase CRM Accounts Inventory Experience with XML-RPC and REST API integrations. Good knowledge of PostgreSQL and SQL query writing.
Experience in Odoo frontend customization using: XML JavaScript Widgets QWeb Reports Experience with data import/export using Odoo tools and custom Python scripts. Knowledge of Linux (Ubuntu), deployment, and server configuration. Familiarity with Git and version control systems.
Preferred Qualifications Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Experience in performance optimization and scalable ERP implementations. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and technical teams effectively.
