Business Development Lead – Global Scale-Up My client is looking for a Business Development Lead to help scale a high‑growth, award‑winning advisory firm supporting companies worldwide. In this role, you will build and lead a best‑in‑class commercial engine —driving smarter targeting, stronger pipelines, and more impactful marketing and BD activity across Europe, North America and APAC. Shape and execute the commercial & marketing strategy with clear KPIs Build a structured BD pipeline and improve lead qualification & conversion Own CRM systems (HubSpot) and deliver data-driven insights Lead ABM campaigns, thought-leadership activation and event‑driven outreach Drive commercial effectiveness: segmentation, key accounts, upsell strategies Partner with senior leaders to embed best-practice commercial processes Report on BD & marketing performance to continuously refine strategy Experience in consulting, private equity or adjacent professional services Strong analytical skills and commercial judgement CRM & data-platform expertise (HubSpot, Pitchbook, Cognism, etc.) Entrepreneurial mindset—comfortable building processes from the ground up
