In this role you will lead and grow a team of consultants within the Málaga hub, aligning local operations with Belgian leadership. You’ll drive capacity planning, performance via KPIs, and cross-country collaboration to support theHub South growth. You will translate business needs into actionable operational steps and foster a positive, high-engagement team culture. This position offers a meaningful impact by enabling efficient time management solutions across Europe and contributing to scale and continuous improvement.

Compensaciones / Beneficios • Lead and develop a team of consultants, supporting their day-to-day work and professional growth • Create a positive, engaging, collaborative work environment • Serve as the local contact between Hub South and Belgium leadership to ensure alignment • Monitor capacity, utilization and performance with KPIs and data to identify risks and improvement actions • Proactively anticipate challenges and own solutions before they affect results • Analyze operational data and translate insights into concrete actions to achieve objectives • Collaborate with stakeholders across countries to ensure smooth cooperation • Support onboarding and integration of new team members and foster strong team culture • Contribute to the long-term growth of Hub South and help scale the organization

Responsabilidades • Experience leading teams and developing people • Operational leadership, workforce planning, capacity management with KPI/data as drivers • Strong coaching abilities for individual and team growth • Proactive with strong ownership and action-orientation • Comfort with metrics, performance data xqbhyrx and data-driven decision making • Excellent organizational skills and prioritization • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-country collaboration • Enjoy working in a dynamic international environment • Willingness to travel occasionally to Belgium • Fluent in English and Dutch and/or French; knowledge of Spanish is a strong asset
