Job Description
Key Responsibilities: Channel Partner Management • Identify, onboard, and activate new channel partners (architects, interior designers, builders, dealers). • Conduct regular partner meetings to align on targets, promotions, and Bonito’s value proposition. • Resolve partner concerns and ensure seamless collaboration with internal teams (design, operations). Team Leadership & Execution • Lead and mentor a team of channel sales executives to achieve monthly/quarterly targets. • Monitor team performance KPIs (partner onboarding, conversion rates, revenue contribution). • Organize training sessions for partners and team members on product updates and sales techniques. Revenue Growth & Compliance • Execute channel sales plans and incentive programs to boost partner productivity. • Track partner performance, analyze gaps, and implement corrective actions. • Ensure adherence to commercial agreements and compliance standards.
Market Intelligence & Reporting • Gather competitor insights and customer feedback from partners to refine strategies. • Prepare weekly/monthly reports on channel performance for leadership review. Qualifications & Skills • Experience: 8–12 years in channel sales, preferably in interiors, real estate, or building materials. • Leadership: Proven ability to manage teams and drive results through partners. • Execution Strength: Hands-on experience in partner onboarding, training, and sales enablement. • Skills: Negotiation, data-driven decision-making, and fluency in regional languages (advantage).
