Job Title: Teacher Hiring Manager Location: On-site Working Days: Monday to Saturday (6 days a week) Shift Timings: 10 AM – 6 PM / 11 AM – 7 PM / 12 PM – 8 PM Job Description AP Guru is looking for an experienced and proactive Teacher Hiring Manager to lead and manage end-to-end recruitment, primarily for teaching roles across various curricula and subjects. Key Responsibilities Handle complete recruitment processes for teachers and academic staff Source, screen, interview, and coordinate hiring of candidates Manage job postings, hiring pipelines, and recruitment databases Coordinate with academic and management teams for hiring requirements Conduct initial HR interviews and schedule demo classes/interviews Ensure timely hiring and smooth onboarding of selected candidates Build and maintain a strong teacher talent pool for future requirements Requirements Prior experience in recruitment/HR, preferably in education or edtech Strong communication and coordination skills Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously Good understanding of teacher hiring and academic recruitment processes Organized, detail-oriented, and target-driven Preferred Experience hiring teachers for AP, IB, IGCSE, A-Level, SAT, or similar curricula is a plus.
