Corporate Tax | U.S. Compliance & Provision | Team Leadership Position Overview We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Tax Manager to own U.S. tax compliance and tax provision activities while leading and developing a high-performing tax team. Tax Compliance & Reporting Own and manage all U.S. federal, state, and local tax compliance Oversee preparation and review of corporate income tax returns and related filings Manage quarterly and annual tax provision process (ASC 740), including analysis of deferred taxes, uncertain tax positions, and effective tax rate drivers Ensure accurate and timely tax reporting in coordination with Accounting and FP&A Leadership & Team Development Supervise, mentor, and develop tax staff Establish clear processes, controls, and documentation standards Drive continuous improvement within compliance and provision processes Manage relationships with external tax advisors and auditors Strategic & Cross-Functional Partnership Partner closely with senior leadership on strategic initiatives, transactions, and business expansion Support tax planning strategies to optimize effective tax rate and cash taxes Provide guidance on tax implications of new business initiatives and structural changes Contribute to automation and systems improvements within the tax function Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (CPA preferred) 4+ years of progressive tax experience (public accounting and/or corporate) Strong technical expertise in U.S. corporate tax compliance and ASC 740 Experience supervising or mentoring staff Ability to communicate tax matters clearly to non-tax stakeholders Experience in a global or multi-entity environment preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
