The role involves working closely with firm leadership, business development, and mentoring team members. The ideal candidate is a CPA with 5+ years of experience in federal tax compliance, planning, and consulting, preferably from a public accounting background. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field Master’s degree preferred CPA with 5+ years of experience in public accounting or industry Technical knowledge across various industries Proven leadership, mentoring, and relationship management skills Ability to attract and service new and existing clients Compensation and Benefits Estimated salary range: $125,000 - $191,000, based on experience, skills, location.
