Job Description
We’re looking for a Tax Manager who thrives on solving complex tax challenges and building efficient, scalable processes. This role blends hands‑on compliance, tax planning, and process improvement in a fast‑paced environment. What You’ll Do: Prepare and review federal and state income tax returns.
Support tax planning and post‑acquisition integrations. Identify process improvements and automation opportunities. Collaborate with Accounting, Legal, and Operations teams.
Mentor junior team members and drive best practices. What We’re Looking For: Bachelor’s in Accounting; CPA preferred. 5+ years in income tax compliance (federal & state). Strong analytical, research, and problem‑solving skills.
Comfortable managing high‑volume work under tight deadlines. Familiarity with tax softwareis a plus. Why This Role?
