Tax Manager

Job Title: Tax Manager Boston, MA We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Tax Manager to join our growing team. The role requires dynamism, entrepreneurial spirit, and a career-oriented mindset. Overview of Responsibilities Responsibilities focus on corporate and partnership tax compliance, as well as related consulting services addressing a broad range of tax issues.

Federal tax compliance for corporations, partnerships, and other disregarded entities State and local tax compliance Evaluate and comply with reporting requirements related to U.S. tax treaties, FATCA, foreign withholding, foreign tax credits, etc. Provide autonomy while collaborating within a team environment Exercise individual responsibility and initiative within a flat hierarchy and open communication culture Desired Skills & Experience 5-7 years of tax experience Bachelor's or Master's in Taxation, or a similar program from an accredited college/university Independent yet able to interface with practice leaders to ensure best possible results for clients Strong organizational, project management, and problem‑solving skills People‑oriented and willing to train, motivate, and develop staff Strong planning, research, writing, and communication skills Preferred Qualifications Strong corporate tax compliance and tax provision experience CPA license or similar certification Experience with ProSystem fx Engagement software Benefits 401(k) plan with 5% salary‑based employer contributions Medical coverage Dental coverage Employee and dependent life insurance Disability insurance Vision insurance Accidental death & dismemberment insurance Flexible spending accounts Paid days of service annually Flexible work arrangements Generous paid time off – 25 days for all full‑time employees Paid holidays Additional paid holiday following 4/15 deadline Paid parking or public transportation reimbursement Mobile phone reimbursement Tuition reimbursement & training Paid time off for CPA exam days Monetary bonus for passing the US CPA exam Pay Range in Boston Metropolitan Area Base Pay Range: $90,000/yr - $130,000/yr.
