Tax Manager

LHH is assisting in the search for a Manager of Tax Accounting for a global manufacturer located near Alpharetta, GA. This is a direct hire, hybrid opportunity offering a competitive compensation and benefits package. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting ; CPA strongly preferred . 5+ years of experience in public accounting or corporate tax departments. Strong knowledge of ASC 740 and experience with OneSource Tax Provision and ERP systems. Manufacturing industry experience is a plus. Advanced Excel proficiency to include vlookup, pivot tables, macros is a huge plus! Responsibilities: Preparing the global tax provision under ASC 740 , including coordination of non-US data, FIN 48 analysis, and financial statement disclosures. Supporting tax compliance , forecasting , and planning initiatives . Partnering with internal teams and external auditors.

Monitoring legislative and regulatory changes and updating systems accordingly. Identifying and implementing process improvements.
