Tax Manager

Pay Range Base pay range: $100,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr. Responsibilities You’ll run a portfolio across 1040s, 1120‑S, 1065, and 1041s, sit down with Arlington‑area business owners and families, and mentor 2–4 juniors. You’ll have real say in planning, reviews, and workflow, not just a queue of returns.
