Tax Manager – CohnReznick Join CohnReznick as a Tax Manager and help our clients navigate complex tax matters in a collaborative, innovative environment. CohnReznick is a hybrid firm; this role is primarily remote, with occasional in‑office requirements for client work, team meetings, or trainings. Job Description CohnReznick grows with rewarding careers in advisory, assurance, and tax. In the Private Client Services practice, you will focus on tax services for Family Offices, Operating Partnerships, Flow Through Entities, and related client groups. Responsibilities Review partnership and S‑Corp tax returns not requiring advanced expertise Review amended tax returns Respond to tax notices and draft related correspondence Maintain client confidentiality on all matters Train and supervise entry‑level associates, seniors, and managers Conduct tax research using firm reference sources Develop and maintain strong client relationships and loyalty Serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring clients receive timely engagement updates Communicate with the CohnReznick team effectively, providing accuracy and clarity Prepare timely and accurate professional service invoices Qualifications 5+ years of experience at a public accounting firm Deep knowledge of operating partnerships and flow‑through entities Bachelor’s degree required; CPA or Enrolled Agent license required Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Experience with tax software such as CCH Axcess and GoSystems Exceptional organizational and written/ verbal communication skills Seniority Level Mid‑Senior level Employment Type Full‑time Job Function Accounting / Auditing and Finance Benefits A robust Total Rewards package including generous PTO, flexible work arrangements, expanded parental leave, extensive learning & development, and paid volunteer time.
