Profile - Taxation Manager Qualification - CA(Qualified) Experience - Minimum 5 years of post qualification experience Location - Mumbai Roles & Responsibilities: Oversee the preparation and filing of federal, state, local, and international tax returns. Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize liabilities and ensure compliance. Conduct research on tax laws and regulations, staying updated on changes. Manage tax audits and collaborate with auditors . Provide guidance to junior tax staff and assist in their professional development. Prepare detailed reports on the company's tax situation for senior management. Advise management on the impact of new tax laws and regulations. Manage direct tax compliance , including preparation and filing of income tax returns . Handle tax assessments, notices, and litigation with tax authorities.
