Job Information Job Title: Corporate Tax Manager Location: Boston, MA and Hartford, CT (Hybrid – 3 days onsite) Key Responsibilities Manage corporate tax compliance and consulting engagements Review tax returns and identify tax‑saving opportunities Lead and review ASC 740 tax provision work Supervise and mentor team members Manage client relationships and engagements Research tax issues and respond to IRS/state inquiries Requirements CPA (MA) or JD with active license 4–7+ years of corporate tax experience Strong ASC 740 (tax provision) experience Public accounting background (Top 15 or large regional firm preferred) Experience with multi‑state or global companies Willing to work onsite 3 days a week Preferred OneSource Tax Provision (OTP) experience Exposure to SALT, international tax, or transfer pricing Currently at Manager level (or strong Senior ready for promotion) Would you like to know more about this opportunity?
