Alexander Daniels are working with an established and growing professional services firm to appoint an experienced Tax Manager to join its advisory team in Leicester. This is a senior role focused on leading client engagements, delivering high-quality tax advisory work, and building strong relationships with clients and professional intermediaries. The Role Lead and manage a portfolio of tax advisory projects from start to finish Act as the primary point of contact for clients and external advisers Deliver clear, commercially focused tax advice Review and oversee technical work, ensuring accuracy and quality Support, mentor, and develop junior team members Identify opportunities for additional advisory work and process improvements Contribute to team targets and overall business performance About You Strong UK tax advisory experience Proven ability to manage projects and client relationships Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Commercially aware with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset Confident reviewing work and developing others Comfortable working in a collaborative, professional environment Why Join?
