Talent Acquisition Partner – Financial Services

Responsibilities

This individual will serve as a strategic recruiting partner to business leaders across Financial Services, supporting hiring needs in a fast‑paced, evolving environment. The role requires an entrepreneurial mindset, comfort operating in ambiguity, and the ability to quickly flex into new functional areas as the business evolves.

• Partner closely with senior business leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce needs and translate them into effective hiring strategies
• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment for a wide range of roles across Financial Services, including Capital Markets, Investment Banking, and related functions
• Proactively source, engage, and close passive talent in competitive markets
• Adapt quickly to new business lines, role types, and functional areas, often with limited historical precedent
• Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders on market intelligence, talent trends, and hiring best practices
• Manage multiple, competing priorities while delivering a high‑touch candidate and stakeholder experience
• Drive process improvements and contribute to recruiting initiatives aligned with broader Talent Acquisition goals
• Thrive in a results‑oriented, entrepreneurial culture that values accountability, urgency, and collaboration

Qualifications

• Previous experience recruiting within Financial Services is strongly preferred
• Background supporting Capital Markets and/or Investment Banking recruitment is ideal, but not required
• Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in fast‑paced, ambiguous environments
• Proven track record of managing complex searches and influencing senior stakeholders
• High level of intellectual curiosity with the ability to quickly learn unfamiliar business areas
• Entrepreneurial, proactive mindset with strong ownership and follow‑through
• Excellent communication and relationship‑management skills
