Role Overview

We are seeking an organized TA Operations Coordinator to own end-to-end interview scheduling and candidate logistics. You will be the central point of contact for candidates and internal teams, ensuring a smooth, fast, and high-touch hiring process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Scheduling & Logistics: Manage high-volume interview calendars across time zones (technical screens, panels, executive loops) via Zoom/Teams/Google Meet.
  
• Candidate Experience: Serve as the primary contact for candidates, providing clear schedules, prep materials, and timely updates.
  
• ATS & Admin Operations: Maintain candidate data in the ATS (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever), track interviewer feedback, and post open positions across job boards.
  
• Recruitment Support: Initiate background checks, assist with offer letters, and handle hand-offs to Onboarding/People Ops.
  

Key Qualifications:

• Experience: 3+ years in recruitment coordination, HR operations, or admin support.
  
• Tech Stack: Proficiency with ATS software and Google Workspace / MS Outlook calendar management.
  
• Core Skills: Strong time management, sharp attention to detail, and top-tier written and verbal communication.
  

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - Strong proficiency in Python programming language and its associated frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask). - Experience in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js). - Solid understanding of web technologies including HTTP, RESTful APIs, and web security. - Proficiency in database design and development using SQL and familiarity with ORMs (e.g.,SQLAlchemy). - Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows. - Knowledge of software engineering principles, design patterns, and best practices. - Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and deployment of web applications. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Good to have Qualifications: - Experience in building scalable and distributed systems. - Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). - Knowledge of DevOps practices and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines. - Experience with Agile development methodologies.
