About the Company: Sellability is a real estate consulting firm that brings clarity, structure, and predictability to project outcomes. We partner with developers to drive sustained absorption, sharper positioning, and measurable cash flows through a unified approach to strategy, marketing, and sales. About the Role : We are looking for an experienced and execution-oriented HR professional from the real estate industry to manage end-to-end HR operations with a strong focus on Talent Acquisition payroll management, employee lifecycle processes, and HR administration.

Responsibilities : Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Handle end-to-end recruitment for operational, corporate, and field-based roles. Coordinate sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, offer rollouts, and onboarding processes. Ensure smooth induction and joining formalities for new employees.

Payroll & HR Operations Manage end-to-end payroll processing including attendance validation, salary inputs, incentives, deductions, F&F settlements, and statutory coordination. Ensure accuracy in payroll data, leave records, employee documentation, and HRMS management. Maintain employee records, confirmations, transfers, exits, and HR operational documentation.

Employee Engagement & HR Coordination Execute employee engagement activities, team initiatives, recognition programs, and internal communication processes. Support management in driving employee discipline, policy implementation, and workplace culture initiatives. Compliance & Process Management Ensure adherence to company policies, attendance structures, leave processes, and HR compliance standards.

Support audits, documentation checks, and process standardization initiatives. Reporting & MIS Prepare HR reports, payroll MIS, hiring trackers, attendance reports, and employee data dashboards. Maintain accuracy and confidentiality of HR and payroll-related information.

Qualifications : 3โ€“6 years of experience in HR Operations, Payroll, and Talent Acquisition. Mandatory experience in the real estate industry. Strong hands-on experience in payroll processing and HR operations management.

Good understanding of attendance systems, labor compliance coordination, and employee lifecycle management. Proficiency in Excel, HRMS platforms, and payroll systems. Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Required Skills : Excellent communication skills. Proficiency in Keka HRMS tool. Real Estate background.
