They help companies adopt AI-driven, secure, and scalable solutions for operational improvement Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Talent Acquisition Manager to lead end-to-end recruitment activities for our organization. This role will be responsible for driving strategic hiring initiatives, with a primary focus on IT recruitment (80%) and supporting Non-IT hiring (20%) . The incumbent will play a key role in attracting top talent across technical, leadership, and business functions while partnering closely with stakeholders to meet organizational growth objectives.

Location: Hyderabad(on-site) Department: Talent Acquisition-Manager Employment Type: Full-Time Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, negotiations, and onboarding coordination. Lead hiring efforts across a broad range of IT positions, including Delivery Heads, Vice Presidents, and other technology and leadership roles. Support recruitment for Non-IT functions, primarily across Sales and Marketing teams.

Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, networking events, and talent mapping. Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for niche, critical, and leadership positions. Ensure timely closure of positions while maintaining quality hiring standards and a positive candidate experience.

Stakeholder Management Partner closely with business leaders, department heads, and senior management to understand workforce planning and hiring requirements. Provide regular updates on hiring progress, recruitment metrics, market intelligence, and talent availability. Serve as a strategic advisor to stakeholders on recruitment trends, talent acquisition strategies, and employer branding initiatives.

Leadership Hiring & Executive Search Manage recruitment for senior leadership and executive-level positions while ensuring a high-quality hiring process. Conduct market mapping and competitor analysis to identify and attract top industry talent. Drive executive search initiatives and maintain confidentiality throughout the hiring process.

Required Qualifications: 12โ€“18 years of talent acquisition experience with significant exposure to IT hiring. Good experience managing in-house recruitment functions. Proven track record of handling both lateral and leadership hiring.

Experience recruiting for IT services, or technology-driven environments is preferred. Strong understanding of IT technologies, software development lifecycle, Microsoft technologies, and digital transformation roles. Expertise in sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, social media platforms, referrals, and networking channels.

Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills. Strong communication, negotiation, and influencing abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
