About the Role We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who wants to be at the center of how we build our company. This isn’t a behind‑the‑scenes coordination role; it’s the connective tissue of our entire hiring operation. You’ll work directly with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates to make sure every step of the process runs smoothly and every person who walks through our door has a great experience.
You’ll own our recruiting systems, keep our data sharp, and help shape the programs that make our talent function best‑in‑class. You’ll be partnering across the business from day one, with high visibility and plenty of room to grow.
Responsibilities Recruiting Coordination Build and manage requisitions in Greenhouse, keeping our ATS organized and audit‑ready. Create and maintain interview plans, assessment libraries, and candidate‑facing materials for every open role. Configure application questions, stage transitions, and automated notifications so the process runs itself.
Prepare offer letters, NDAs, and recruiting documentation with precision and professionalism. TA Operations Own recruiting reporting, both manual and automated, and keep the data clean enough to trust. Build and maintain SOPs, process guides, and system documentation in Confluence.
Support ATS integrations and drive process improvements that make the team faster. Manage agency relationships, lists, and onboarding documentation. Candidate Experience Coordinate onsite and virtual interview schedules across candidates, interviewers, and recruiting teams.
Arrange candidate travel and logistics, including flights, hotels, and day‑of support, so every visit is seamless. Serve as the warm, professional face of Skillz throughout the interview process. Communicate clearly and promptly with candidates, recruiters, and executive admins at every stage.
Sourcing & Program Support Keep candidate pipelines clean and organized in Greenhouse so recruiters can move fast. Maintain CRM tagging systems to support talent pools and future outreach. Assist with sourcing on LinkedIn and other tools to build pipeline where needed.
Support talent programs like the Co‑Op and HR Leadership Program (scheduling, comms, logistics, and coordination). Key Competencies Strong recruiting coordination and process execution skills Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, preferably Greenhouse Excellent attention to detail and operational accuracy Strong organization and ability to manage multiple priorities High level of professionalism and service orientation Strong written and verbal communication skills Comfort with data, reporting, and process documentation Ability to learn new systems quickly and adapt to changing priorities Collaborative approach with recruiters, hiring managers, and cross‑functional teams Commitment to delivering an exceptional candidate experience Thrives in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment Brings a proactive, solutions‑oriented mindset Demonstrates sound judgment and discretion with confidential information Enjoys building structure, improving processes, and keeping operations organized What We Are Looking For 2–4 years of experience in TA coordination, recruiting operations, HR support, or a related field. Hands‑on experience with an ATS; Greenhouse strongly preferred.
A track record of coordinating interviews, offers, and candidate logistics without dropping a ball. Comfortable with data, reporting, and writing clear process documentation. Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office; familiarity with Confluence, LinkedIn, CRM tools, and Concur is a plus.
Obsessively organized, detail‑oriented, and service‑focused. Able to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment. Discreet and sound‑judged with confidential information.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience preferred. Total Starting Compensation (Base + Bonus) $75,000 Location Onsite in Las Vegas, NV, USA. Travel Requirement Less than 5%.
