Job Description Job Description Overview CTG is seeking a Talend ETL Developer (Snowflake) for our client. This role is ideal for a hands-on ETL developer with strong Talend, Snowflake, SQL, and Unix experience who can work across design, development, testing, deployment, and production support in an enterprise data environment. Location: Atlanta, GA Duration: 8 months Key Highlights: Build and support ETL pipelines using Talend in a Snowflake-based data platform Strong involvement across SDLC: design, development, testing, deployment, and production support Opportunity to work in a collaborative onshore/offshore delivery model Exposure to performance tuning, CI/CD pipelines, and enterprise data integration practices Core Responsibilities: Develop and maintain ETL solutions using Talend based on architectural design specifications Collaborate with architects and designers to refine and implement technical designs Build, test, and validate ETL code; document unit testing and support SIT/UAT cycles Perform defect analysis, troubleshooting, and resolution across multiple testing phases Support production deployments including planning, scheduling, and change management approvals Provide post-production support, including incident resolution and ETL issue remediation Optimize ETL performance and ensure scalable data processing in Snowflake Work with production support and infrastructure teams during releases and incident resolution Participate in CI/CD processes using GitLab and related tools Required Skills: Strong experience with Talend ETL development Hands-on Snowflake experience (data loading, querying, performance tuning) Strong SQL and Unix/Linux scripting skills Experience with GitLab and CI/CD pipelines Ability to work in onshore/offshore delivery environments Strong communication and problem-solving skills Nice to Have: MongoDB experience Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience) Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
