Job Description
Systems Analyst Gather and analyze requirements; design & configure functionalities; test, train and implement applications using Windows Server, VMware vSphere, SolarWinds, Zabbix, Commvault, Veeam, SCADA systems/PLC monitoring tools and ServiceNow/JIRA. Manage and maintain Transportation Management System (TMS), Transportation Infrastructure Systems, ERP and WMS platforms to ensure data accuracy and smooth system integration. Maintain data center operations, perform security health checks and ensure compliance with Windows Servers.
Provide technical support using SCCM, IBM Tivoli Monitoring, Remedy, PowerShell and Microsoft Office Suite. Involve in system configuration, troubleshooting, access management and support of internal users on system functionality & workflows. Provide operational support for SCADA & PLC based monitoring systems and utilize platforms like PowerShell, SCADA-based systems & ServiceNow.
Travel required. Qualifications Must have a Bachelors degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering or Information Technology (Foreign Equivalent acceptable). Must have at least 3 years of experience as an information technology professional and 2 years of experience in all the above-listed skills and tools.
Employment Details Work Schedule: M-F (40 hours per week). Duration of Job: Full time permanent position. Salary Offered: $108,222.00 per year.
