Overview Apogee has an exciting new opportunity for a Systems Analyst supporting US Strategic Command (USSTRATCOM) NC3 Enterprise Center (NEC) Systems Engineering and Integration (SE&I). NEC serves as the primary enterprise systems engineering, enterprise architecture, and technical authority for the NC3 Enterprise within the Department of War. As the lead NC3 Systems Engineering Enterprise Center, it applies current best practices and translates mission and operational requirements into effective technical specifications and solutions. This is a full-time position at Fort Meade, MD. Location and ID Location: US-MD-Fort Meade ID: 2026-1629 Details Category: Engineering Position Type: Regular Full-Time Remote: No Responsibilities Formulating/defining system scope and objectives for assigned projects. Devising and/or modifying procedures to solving complex problems considering computer equipment capacity and limitations, operating time and form of desired results. Preparing detailed specifications from which programs will be written. Managing program design, coding, testing, debugging and documentation. Qualifications Minimum Experience: 5 years experience Citizenship: Must be a US citizen Clearance: A minimum of a TS with willingness to obtain SCI required at time of application Education: BS or BA degree in Engineering Additional Experience: Full technical knowledge of all phases of applications systems analysis and programming.
