Summary We are seeking a highly skilled macOS Endpoint Engineer to support and scale enterprise Apple device management in a fast-paced environment. This role is responsible for the full lifecycle management of macOS devices using Workspace ONE UEM, ensuring secure, automated, and efficient endpoint operations across the organization. The ideal candidate brings deep macOS administration expertise, strong automation skills, and the ability to troubleshoot complex endpoint issues while driving process improvement and compliance.

Responsibilities Manage and scale enterprise macOS devices using Workspace ONE UEM Design, implement, and maintain macOS configurations, policies, and system environments Package and deploy applications, updates, and scripts using PKG and DMG formats Build and optimize Automated Device Enrollment (DEP/ADE) workflows Automate provisioning and endpoint management processes using bash scripting Monitor OS updates, patch compliance, and overall device health across the environment Enforce security baselines and maintain compliance with enterprise standards Provide L3 support for advanced macOS troubleshooting and root cause analysis Partner with Security, Infrastructure, and Help Desk teams to improve endpoint processes Create and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles Support end users post-deployment to ensure a seamless Apple device experience Requirements 5+ years of experience managing macOS in enterprise environments 2+ years of hands-on experience with Workspace ONE UEM focused on macOS Strong expertise with Automated Device Enrollment (DEP/ADE) Experience creating and managing configuration profiles Proficiency with application packaging and deployment using PKG and DMG files Solid bash scripting skills for automation and endpoint management Experience with patching, OS updates, and security compliance at scale Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to create clear technical documentation and process guides TRC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
