Overview Workflow & Automation Specialist (CDD & Finance) Birmingham (Hybrid) A leading law firm is seeking a Workflow & Automation Specialist to join the Business Information Systems team. This role focuses on legal compliance and conflicts systems with opportunities to advance in workflow, systems, and automation. The Role You’ll play a key role in supporting and enhancing the firm’s Intapp compliance systems, working closely with Compliance, Finance, and IT teams to improve processes and drive automation.

This role combines systems administration, workflow development, and stakeholder engagement, giving you the chance to make a real impact across the business. Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain compliance systems and associated workflows Act as a SME for Intapp Conflicts and related tools Design and develop Client Due Diligence (CDD) and finance workflows Support integrations (e.g. Intapp Flow, Boomi) and troubleshoot issues Work closely with internal teams and third-party vendors Contribute to system improvements, upgrades, and ongoing enhancements What We’re Looking For Experience working in a legal or regulated environment Strong knowledge of AML, conflicts, or compliance systems Exposure to Intapp or similar platforms Experience supporting or developing workflow/process solutions Strong communication skills and ability to work with stakeholders Nice to Have Experience with Boomi, Intapp Flow, or integration tools Exposure to Power Platform / low-code tools Knowledge of SQL / data environments Why Apply?
