System Analyst (Flower Mound)

Our client is looking for a Systems Programmer Specialist to join their team in Texas. In this role, you will play a key part in developing, analyzing and maintaining software solutions that align with business objectives. Knowledge of NetSuite is required . Salary: up to $110,000 Key Responsibilities: Lead and support system implementations, upgrades, and data migrations across business platforms. Analyze business requirements and translate them into efficient technical solutions.

Perform transactions, corrections, import/export, report building, and administration in NetSuite as needed to support users. Develop, customize, and maintain NetSuite applications using SuiteScript. Develop new processes to streamline business operations.

Troubleshoot system issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement long-term solutions. Design and maintain daily system integrations, including EDI workflows and third-party connections. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve business processes and system performance.

Work with emerging AI tools and frameworks to enhance automation, reporting, and decision-making. Create and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and mapping specifications. Utilize REST APIs and/or similar platforms, to ensure seamless integration between systems.

Stay up to date with emerging technologies to recommend innovative solutions. Qualifications & experience required: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field. Hands-on experience with NetSuite, including configuration, customization, and integration.

Strong proficiency in SuiteScript and NetSuite. Experience with NetSuite integrations. Proven experience in system implementations and data integration.

Solid programming skills (JavaScript required; Cold Fusion, Python, PHP, or similar languages a plus). Relational Database skills (e.g., MSSQL, SQLAnywhere) Data transformation experience: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Solid on Windows-based platforms Familiarity with EDI systems (e.g., SPS Commerce), warehouse management systems (e.g.

ShipHawk), barcode labelling (Zebra), Mobile App Management/Development, AWS & Azure Exposure to or working knowledge of AI tools, automation, and machine learning concepts. Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with technical and nontechnical teams. Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
