SVP Fund Accountant

We're partnering with a leading global asset servicing firm to find a senior Fund Accounting leader for their Dublin team. This is a genuine leadership role where you'll own service delivery for a key client relationship, lead a talented team, and shape how the function evolves.

What you'll be doing

• Overseeing the accurate and timely delivery of daily NAVs in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Acting as the main point of contact for the client on KPIs, new launches, regulatory change, escalations and service governance
• Monitoring KPIs and making sure every client and internal deliverable meets policy and procedure
• Leading change and improvement initiatives that support the wider business strategy
• Managing, coaching and reviewing the performance of your direct reports
• Working with internal and external stakeholders on process improvement and regulatory projects
• Keeping senior management informed and making sure key messages flow clearly to your team

What you'll bring

• 15+ years' fund accounting experience within operations
• 3+ years' hands-on experience with Enterprise Invest One
• Knowledge of UK OEICs and/or Luxembourg SICAVs (a real plus)
• Proven people management experience, with a passion for developing others
• Client-facing experience, including working with auditors and market data providers
• A third-level degree, ideally in Accounting or Business
• Excellent communication skills and the confidence to challenge the status quo
