OVERVIEW To service inbound survey quotes and instructions, converting quotes into instructions and processing the associated internal admin and reporting. DUTIES Calling conveyancing leads to talk through survey options Taking customers through the survey options and converting into sales Hitting daily call targets Allocate the survey instruction to the available surveyor Communicate with customers on survey dates Monitor the completion of scheduled surveys Daily, weekly reporting on your survey work and revenues Providing additional support/cover for other member of the Surveys service team when needed SKILLS REQUIRED IT Literate to a good standard Competent in Microsoft Office 3 years experience in a similar customer service role Excellent understanding of customer service standards Excellent telephone manner If this sound like your ideal role and you would like the opportunity to showcase your skills with an employer who will value and reward you, then we want to hear from you today!
