Territory Manager - Spine | Implants, Surgical Tools & Navigation | North East England Kinara are excited to be partnering with a fast-expanding spine company whose portfolio spans the full spectrum - implants, surgical instrumentation, and cutting-edge navigation technology. As they continue to grow their UK footprint, they're looking for a driven Territory Manager to take ownership of the North East England region. This is a fantastic role for a med-tech sales professional with 2-5 years of experience looking to plant their flag in one of spine's most exciting portfolios.

You'll be managing and developing a defined territory, working across NHS trusts and independent hospitals, and building meaningful relationships with spine surgeons, theatre teams, and procurement stakeholders. Managing and growing a commercial territory across North East England โ†’ Providing scrubbed-in clinical and technical support in theatre โ†’ Building relationships with spinal surgeons, clinical leads, and procurement teams โ†’ Identifying new business opportunities and driving sales against targets โ†’ You'll have at least 2-5 years of medical device sales or clinical sales specialist experience, with some exposure to spine, orthopaedics, and surgical technology. You'll be comfortable in a theatre environment, confident presenting to clinical stakeholders, and motivated by building something on your patch.

A science or biomedical degree is advantageous but not essential - the right attitude and drive matter most. Competitive base salary, uncapped commission, company car, private medical insurance, and pension - with genuine progression opportunities as the business grows.
