No Floating Required but will be on-call 1/day per week and 1 weekend per month Patient Age group: - Adolescents - Adults - Geriatrics Certifications: -BLS - Required -LA Fire Card Skills Required: CVOR General OR Coronary Artery Bypass Graft Endovascular Aortic Repair (EVAR) Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm repair Aortobifemoral bypass Arteriovenous fistula repair Endovascular Aneurysm Repair Femoral popliteal bypass graft Bronchoscopy Appendectomy Cholecystectomy Colon resection - Open/LAP Hernia repair inguinal/umbilical Laparoscopic assisted procedures Mastectomy Thyroidectomy partial/total Abdominal hysterectomy Anterior/Posterior repair Dilation & Curettage Laparoscopic assisted gynecological procedures Vaginal Hysterectomy Anterior Cruciate Ligament Reconstruction Arthroscopy Closed/Open reduction of fractures Laminectomy/discectomy Spinal Fusion Total knee replacement Total hip replacement Bunionectomy Hallux vagus arthroplasty/arthrodesis Laparoscopic assisted cases Lung resection- Thoracotomy Mediastinoscopy VATS Aseptic Technique Sharps Safety Fire Safety Specimen Handling/labeling Universal Protocol (Time out) Procedure RTO must be on the submittal No RTO the first two weeks of an assignment Please Note: Once RTO is submitted, this cannot be changed unless it's to cancel time requested - ensure that you have confirmed all dates needed off for the full 13 week contract
